Coldrum Group were engaged by Marler & Marler to carry out the full external refurbishment to this stone and red brick mansion block at Ormonde Gate, Chelsea.

The works included brick, render & stone repairs and pointing to the front & rear elevations, full window overhauls to the six occupied apartments, a structural repair to the basement lightwell, a new liquid applied 20 year guarantee roof to the property, full external decorations, repairs to rainwater goods and down pipes and pest control.
