Vandon Court, St James Westminster

Coldrum Group were appointed by Encore Estate Management to undertake internal redecoration, and repair works at Vandon Court, a residential apartment block in St James Westminster.

The project involved comprehensive internal refurbishment across communal areas, focusing on enhancing aesthetics, maintaining high safety standards, and preserving the property’s long-term value. Works included repainting walls and ceilings, repairing joinery, restoring flooring, and updating common area fixtures and finishes.

All tasks were carried out with minimal disruption to residents, with careful sequencing and regular communication ensuring uninterrupted access and safety throughout the programme. The works were completed to a high standard in line with the expectations of both the property managers and the building’s leaseholders.
