Snuff Court

Coldrum Group were engaged by an Asset Management Company to carry out refurbishments to twenty seven apartments and houses within Snuff Court, a partially listed ex-tobacco factory that had previously been converted to residential use. The properties were for onward disposal to the open market following completion.

The internal works included new kitchens, bathrooms, Mechanical and electrical service upgrades, wall, ceiling and floor finishes and works to windows.

There was also some damp remediation works and communal area works to some of the buildings. The external works included roof repairs, masonry repair works, and external decoration, as well as a new car park barrier and car park lining works.
