Grosvenor Square, Mayfair

Coldrum Group were engaged by a private management company to undertake the external repairs and refurbishment works to this seven-storey Georgian mansion block in Mayfair, working within the rules and specification of the Grosvenor Estate.

With 40 apartments and penthouses remaining in occupation throughout, access and services had to be maintained throughout the project.

The works included a full new roof replacement, with the roof mounted services being diverted during these works before being fully replaced. External masonry and stone cleaning and repairs as well as window repairs to over 750 windows on 10 different elevations, full external redecorations and upgrade works to the rainwater systems.
