Coldrum Group were engaged by the London Borough of Lambeth to carry out external repairs and redecorations and communal area works to twenty-two occupied terraced Victorian blocks in South East London.

The external works included pitched and flat roof repairs as well as part and full roof replacements, masonry cleaning and repairs, stone repairs, window overhauls and external redecorations.

The communal area works included new fire alarms, flat entrance fire doors, electrical upgrades, new flooring, and repairs and redecorations.
