Derwent Road, Crystal Palace

Coldrum Group were engaged by a Social Housing Provider to carry out the conversion and refurbishment to two attached HMO’s to create six one bed flats in Crystal Palace, London.

The works included the complete strip out of the two buildings and the communal areas, carrying out internal modifications, thermal upgrades, full new M&E services and a full internal fit out of each flat. New incoming services were provided with fire alarms to each property with AOV’s, new door entry systems and incoming telecoms, and some external landscaping.
