Coldrum Group were engaged by a private client to carry out this refurbishment and extension project to a five bed, five storey Georgian terraced house in Kensington.

The works included a new mansard roof extension to provide larger bedrooms and living space to the top floor, a new ground floor single storey extension and new kitchen/living space to the lower ground floor, the construction of a new outbuilding to the garden, and the general refurbishment throughout.
