Lowfield Street, Dartford

Coldrum Group were engaged by a private developer to carry out the commercial to residential conversion, extension and fit out works to this existing corner commercial building in Dartford town centre to create a new ground floor commercial space, with three new apartments above and new communal space to the rear.

The works included for a full internal and external refurbishment, with structural works to modify the existing to create the new layout for the three apartments. Full new M&E services were fitted throughout, with a new communal access point added to the rear with bin stores, bike stores, cleaners cupboard and a new staircase to access the first floor. Externally the building façade was repaired and decorated, with new heritage style windows throughout, roofing works and repairs to rainwater goods.
