Manor Avenue And Brindley Street, South East London

Coldrum Group were engaged by an Asset Management Company to carry out two loft conversion and refurbishment projects to two different addresses in South East London concurrently. Manor Avenue was a loft conversion to a one bed top floor flat in a Victorian mansion block to create a new two bed apartment. Brindley Street was a loft conversion to a two bed terraced house to create a three bed home.

The works included new loft conversions to each with new roof coverings and windows to suit, and the internal refurbishment works included new kitchens, bathrooms, full new mechanical and electrical services, new ceiling, wall and floor finishes to each.

A new mansard roof extension to provide larger bedrooms and living space to the top floor, a new ground floor single storey extension and new kitchen/living space to the lower ground floor, the construction of a new outbuilding to the garden, and the general refurbishment throughout.
