Chesterfield Grove, East Dulwich

Coldrum Group were engaged by an Asset Management Company to carry out the extension and refurbishment to a Victorian terraced house in East Dulwich to convert from two one bed flats to a five bed family home.

The works included a loft conversion and second floor rear extension to create two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, plus a ground floor extension to extend the living space. With a full internal refurbishment and internal modifications and alterations, along with full new M&E services, rear garden landscaping and improvement works to the facades.
