Coldrum Group were engaged by an Asset Management Company to carry out the refurbishment of this two storey Victorian apartment in Camberwell, London.
The works included structural alterations and adaptions to create a better layout, along with a full refurbishment to create a three bed, two bathroom family apartment with a new raised terrace to the rear garden. This included all new M&E services, full internal fit out and finishes, with contemporary living room, kitchen and bathroom areas.
