Void Programme, South East London

Coldrum Group are engaged by a Social Housing Provider to carry out the void refurbishment programme to scattered void street properties throughout South East London for onwards disposal to the open market.

The works include strip out of all finishes, M&E services upgrades, new kitchens, bathrooms, wall and ceiling finishes, full decorations, new floor finishes, doors and ironmongery, as well as damp works and asbestos removal where relevant.

Contract Value: £2-3m per year
Contract Duration: 5-year rolling programme
