Coldrum Group were engaged by Poplar Harca to carry out the full internal fit out and external repairs to their office development in Poplar converting an old Victorian school building into their new head office.

The fit out works included forming the new internal walls and new suspended ceiling systems throughout, specialist glazed partitions, new specialist flooring throughout, a full builders work package, new doors and ironmongery, tiling and full decorations.

The external repairs included a new 20-year guaranteed roof overlay system, window overhauls, brick repairs and replacements, specialist conservation work to the locally listed clock tower, full external decorations and works to the lightning protection system.
