Coldrum Group were engaged by an international property developer, with a portfolio of properties across Europe, Canada and America to carry out the full refurbishment of their four-storey residential property within the Hampstead conservation area.

The works included the complete strip-out of four flats and the communal area, carrying out internal modifications, thermal upgrades, full heating and electrical installations along with a first class contemporary fit out of the living, kitchen and bathroom areas.

The external fabric was cleaned, repaired and decorated along with the roof terrace being completely overhauled.
