Harewood Avenue, Marylebone

Coldrum Group were engaged by a private client to undertake a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment, including enhancements to their multi-storey residential property in Marylebone.

The works included full strip-out and demolition of redundant elements, followed by the installation of new ceilings, partition walls, and Crittall-style doors to reshape the internal layout. The project involved re-plastering and decorating from ground to second floor, with new bespoke joinery units, built-in wardrobes, and premium wall and floor finishes throughout.

New oak herringbone and plank flooring were installed across all levels, and bathrooms were fully modernised with highquality tiling, sanitaryware, and underfloor heating. External improvements included roof repairs, front façade restoration, and the installation of Velux rooflights and a new hardwood front door.

The project delivered a modern, high-spec finish while preserving the home’s period charm, ensuring comfort, elegance, and long-term value.
