Stone Hall Gardens, West London

Coldrum Group were appointed by Kensington Green (Management) Ltd to undertake complex structural repairs to four historic stone finials at Stone Hall, a prestigious residential building in West London.

The works involved careful removal, restoration, and reinstatement of the stone finials, including associated roof strengthening works. Temporary roof coverings were installed to protect the structure, and slate and leadwork repairs were carried out to match existing heritage detailing. Structural upgrades included installation of steel support brackets, stainless steel dowels, and roof reinforcements, all executed in accordance with structural engineer specifications.

Access was managed with fully alarmed, monarflex wrapped scaffolding, and all works were completed in a live environment under tight working hour restrictions.

Full protection was provided to residents’ balconies and communal areas.
