Coldrum Group were engaged by a private developer to carry out a mansard extension and conversion from HMO into 2x duplex apartments in a Georgian terraced town house in Holloway. Creating a 3-bed and a 2-bed apartment for onward sale to the open market.

The works included extension structural work throughout the building to create the additional storey within the mansard roof, full internal and external fit-out works to create both apartments with high end finishes throughout.
