Coldrum Group were engaged by a Freehold Management Company to undertake the external repairs and redecorations to three terraced Victorian mansion blocks in Chelsea.

The works included pitched and flat roof repairs, masonry cleaning and repairs, stone repairs, window overhauls, external redecorations, balcony and walkway repairs and new walkway coverings.
